OneBlade 1.00mm Wire-to-Board Connector System
Combines design simplicity with speed and ease of assembly
OneBlade 1.00mm-Pitch Wire-to-Board Connector System from Molex with friction lock and spacious pick-and-place area utilizes a single connector housing that can be used interchangeably as a vertical or right-angle header. A dual-point contact design offers secure electrical contact and reliability. Applications include home appliances, consumer goods, data centers, and connected homes in a -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
Zero-Hachi 0.80mm Pitch Wire-to-Board Connector System
Delivers leading-edge space savings with a 40% smaller footprint
The Molex Zero-Hachi connector’s footprint is 40% smaller than other Molex 1.00mm pitch wire-to-board products and delivers leading-edge space savings. A reduced profile height of 1.60mm delivers vertical space savings to fit slimmer device form factors. The connector’s dual-point feature enhances electrical reliability during operation. Molex’s VersaBlade Connector System offers superior mating reliability, easy assembly, and cost savings for white goods and HVAC applications
In wire-to-wire applications, operators sometimes fail to ensure proper mating, which can lead to end-product failures. Molex’s VersaBlade wire-to-wire connectors offer color-coded housings and terminals with a dimple, helping to ease mating orientation identification, and terminal position assurance (TPA) to ensure that terminals are fully locked in the correct position.

Molex’s connectors offer 30% space savings over conventional connector designs
The quad-row board-to-board connector by Molex presents an innovative staggered circuit layout connector that positions pins across four rows at a signal contact pitch of 0.175 mm. The result offers 30% space savings over conventional connector designs, while enabling high-density circuit connectivity. The 0.175 mm pitch and 3 A current rating meet customer requirements for high power in a compact design. The armored and insert-molded nail with interior cover provides robustness.
