HARTING Han 1A Connector System
The Han 1A modularity connector system offers a compact, robust rectangular connector for transmission in all lifelines of Industry 4.0 (data, power, signals). Smaller and smaller drives are also requiring smaller and smaller interfaces, e.g. in engineering Machinery and Robotics.
Together with all accessory parts the Han® 1A is a very flexible system usable for a broad range of applications.
The new connector series reflects the trend with matching housings and inserts. The necessary shielding for the motor connection can also be achieved with Han 1A plastic connectors.

HARTING Han-Modular Series Connectors
With HARTING’s Han-Modular series, you can optimally design connectors to supply machinery and equipment. The Han-Modular allows the combination of individual modules for different transmission media — including signal, data, power, and compressed air — in standard-sized industrial connector housings. Han® Modular Series Connector Options:
- Han-Modular® Hinged Frame Plus: Among others, the “plus” for the proven hinged frame comes in the form of an additional stainless steel spring that holds the frame together in open and closed positions.
- Han® Pneumatic Module: This module enables prepared compressed air (a requirement for e.g. drives) to be transmitted via connectors.
- Han-Modular® “High Mating Cycles” (HMC): The HMC hinged frame allows the integration of contacts designed for especially high mating cycles (10,000 insertions/removals) in Han Modular® inserts.
- Han-Modular® PE Module: The PE Module sets a new standard for the pluggable connection of large PE cross-sections (10-35mm2). The hinged frame of the Han Modular® series already features two integrated PE connections for the 0.5-10mm2 cross-section range. Cross-sections of 10-35mm2 can now be realized using this new pluggable module.
- Han-Modular® Switch US4: The US4 enables components such as high-resolution cameras used for quality assurance to be e.g. integrated into the network of a production facility with little effort. The Ethernet Switch US4 is suitable for industrial applications and supports Ethernet (10Mb/s), Fast Ethernet (100Mb/s), and Gigabit Ethernet (1000Mb/s).
HARTING T1 Industrial Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) Connector
Standardized according to IEC 63171-6, HARTING T1 Industrial is the new connectivity standard for any industrial Single Pair Ethernet application. Highly optimized high frequency design, shielding and high mechanical robustness make HARTING T1 SPE connector a perfect choice to fulfill all industrial Single Pair Ethernet demands.

HARTING M8 & M12 Connectors and Cable Systems
The HARTING product range includes connectors, ready-to-use patch cables, and corresponding accessories. HARTING’s user-friendly HARAX® quick connection technology is available for the in situ assembly of M8 and M12 connectors, and does not require the use of special tools.
Standardized circular connectors with M8, M12, and 7/8″ thread are commonly used for the installation of machines and systems. HARTING offers a portfolio of field-assembly angled and straight M8, M12, and 7/8″ connectors that are attuned to meet all relevant automation requirements. The housings are available as plastic and metal variant. In addition to the standard circular connectors for sensors/actuators, HARTING offers standardized circular connectors like M12 variants to meet the special requirements of communication technology (Ethernet, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Profibus, Devicenet, and CAN).
HARTING’s portfolio of circular connectors is rounded off by the har-speed M12 connector family. Har-speed connectors are optimized for machinery and system applications with high bandwidth, as well as for the IP67 infrastructure. HARTING’s comprehensive and user-friendly circular connector range enables cost-effective and quick realization of all wiring and communication tasks in automation projects.
HARTING M8 and M12 Series connectors and cordsets feature 2A-6A rated current carrying capacity and a rated voltage of 32V-250V. Choose from a wide range of specifications, including:
